On March 6th, an online panel discussion, was held on the topic of “The most effective tools and worldwide lobbying and advocacy practices,” during the IGAPA GR Forum 2023, including speakers such as an international relations expert Ejike Edward Okpa, a Ukrainian politician Oleksei Goncharenko, an experienced GR and corporate communications professional Aslan Abzhakov, Ukrainian politician Yuriy Kamelchuk, Public affairs and GR expert Chidera Akwuba, and specialized law and economy expert Anar Rahimov.

During the discussion, the panelists shared their experiences on various effective tools and practices they have used in their respective countries to influence public opinion and policy decisions. They also discussed the importance of strategic communication, networking, and coalition building in successful advocacy efforts.
The professionals also discussed the challenges they have faced in their advocacy work, including navigating complex political landscapes and overcoming resistance from powerful interests.
