Founded in Geneva, IGAPA began as a closed roundtable for diplomatic attachés and corporate envoys navigating the complex global trade landscape.
Today, we are the only global accreditation body dedicated solely to the government affairs profession, representing over 4,000 certified practitioners in 60 jurisdictions.

A July 2026 analysis from Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center identified political strategist Kateryna Odarchenko by name and cited her Atlantic Council assessment of Ukraine's military position. IGAPA records the reference as independently published evidence relevant to government affairs, geopolitical risk, and strategic narrative analysis. It does not imply institutional endorsement or affiliation.
