Governance Framework
IGAPA is constituted as a non-profit association under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code. Our governance model ensures member oversight, political neutrality, and strict adherence to our mandate.
Highest Authority
General Assembly
Composed of all accredited Fellow and Corporate members. Meets annually in Geneva to approve the budget, elect the Board, and vote on strategic resolutions.

Executive Body
The Board
Responsible for the strategic direction and supervision of the Secretariat. Consists of a President, two Vice-Presidents, and four non-executive directors representing key jurisdictions.
Mandate: 2024–2028
Operational Body
The Secretariat
Led by the Secretary General, the Secretariat manages daily operations, intelligence gathering, and member services across our global hubs.
