IGAPA operates in strict accordance with the transparency frameworks of the jurisdictions in which we maintain a permanent presence. We advocate for the mandatory disclosure of interest representation activities worldwide.
European Union
CompliantOur Brussels operations adhere to the Interinstitutional Agreement on a mandatory Transparency Register (20 May 2021). All accredited representatives are bound by the code of conduct set out in Annex I of the Agreement.
Switzerland
CompliantIn Geneva and Bern, IGAPA complies with the regulations for access to the Federal Palace. We maintain a public list of all mandates related to federal legislative drafting processes.
United States (FARA/LDA)
Activities in Washington D.C. are monitored for compliance with the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 and, where applicable, the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Filings are submitted quarterly to the Clerk of the House and Secretary of the Senate.
Financial Disclosures
Annual audited reports regarding membership funding sources and interest representation expenditures are available for public scrutiny.
