Acceptance
By accessing the IGAPA website and Client Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these conditions.
Intellectual Property
All intelligence reports, white papers, and data visualizations are the exclusive property of IGAPA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without written license.
Restricted Access
The Client Portal is for authorized members only. Sharing credentials is a material breach of security and will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Limitation of Liability
IGAPA intelligence is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we accept no liability for strategic decisions or financial losses incurred based on our analysis or forecasts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Geneva.
